No. Deep engraving is permanent removal of metal. Laser marking creates a permanent oxidation layer. Unlike printed ink, it cannot be washed off or rubbed away by daily wear.
Yes. Laser engraving on PVD Gold reveals the silver steel underneath, creating a beautiful two-tone contrast. This is a very popular premium look.
Yes. Send us a high-res photo of the handwriting. Our designers will convert it into a vector path for precise engraving. Popular for memorial jewelry.
For most engraved necklaces, bracelets and rings, the MOQ starts from 50–100 pieces per design, depending on the base model, material and engraving complexity. Within one design, you can usually customize different names, dates or short messages, as long as the total quantity meets the MOQ. For corporate or event projects, we can discuss special terms if you need several designs under one larger total quantity. Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style, per size, and per color for ring. Why? “Engraving requires precise jig setup and laser calibration for each specific item size. Running 50 identical pieces ensures the focal distance is perfect for every single unit, guaranteeing sharp, consistent results for your brand.
Yes. As long as the base jewelry style is the same, you can mix different personalized engravings in one batch—for example, different names on the same bar necklace or different dates inside the same ring model. We usually provide a template for you to fill in all engraving details in a clear format, which helps minimize errors and keep production efficient.
Before production, we ask you to confirm engraving texts from a final list or artwork proof, and we follow that file exactly. If an engraving error is caused by our production (for example, we did not follow the approved list), we will remake or credit those pieces according to our quality policy. If the error comes from incorrect information in your original file, we can remake the items at a preferential cost, but they will not be treated as defects.
The maximum character count depends on the size and shape of the jewelry, as well as the font you choose. As a general guideline, bar necklaces and bracelets usually fit 10–20 characters on one side, while rings work best with shorter engravings such as names, initials, dates or a few words on the inner band. If you share your text and target product, we can advise whether it will remain clear and readable, or suggest layout adjustments.
Yes. Besides text, we can engrave simple logos, icons and symbols such as hearts, infinity signs, zodiac icons or custom brand marks. For best results, vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, high‑resolution PDF) are recommended, especially for fine logos. If you only have a basic image, our team can help clean it up and adapt it for engraving within reasonable limits.
For most custom engraved jewelry, we recommend 316L stainless steel and sterling silver as the main materials. Stainless steel is durable, color‑stable and ideal for value‑driven, high‑volume projects, while sterling silver works well for more premium personalized gifts and long‑term collections. Brass with high‑quality plating is suitable for mid‑range price points. We can help you match the right material to your target market and budget.
Absolutely. Many clients start with just a logo, a text idea and a few reference images. You can tell us your target audience, price range and key occasions (for example, couples, family gifts, corporate awards), and we will recommend suitable base styles, engraving positions and layout options. Simple text layout and basic engraving mockups are usually included in our service for OEM clients.

Yes. We regularly ship orders to different countries and can work with your preferred shipping method or forwarder. If you use third‑party fulfillment centers or marketplaces, we can follow their labeling and packing requirements as long as you share the guidelines in advance. This helps you streamline operations and keep your engraved jewelry business as hands‑off as possible on the logistics side.
