Category 4: Production & Shipping
We offer international shipping services, with shipping costs calculated based on destination, weight, and volume. The shipping cost will be confirmed with you after the order is finalized. All orders come with tracking, allowing you to stay updated on the status of your shipment through DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers. The freight forwarder designated by the customer.
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and PayPal (for samples/small orders). Our standard term is a 30% deposit to start production and the 70% balance before shipment.
- Sample Production: 7–12 working days (depending on complexity).
- Mass Production: 20–30 working days after sample approval.
- Rush orders can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
